Refund & Return Policy

We value your satisfaction and aim to deliver high-quality, customized products.

Eligible for Return

You may request a return or refund if:

  • The product arrives defective or damaged.
  • The product does not match the confirmed design or specifications.

Requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear photos showing the issue.

Not Eligible for Return

  • Orders customized at your request (e.g., names, designs, prints) unless there is a defect.
  • Issues resulting from misuse or incorrect care by the customer.
  • Cancellation after the design process has started.

If approved, Stitchy will reproduce the item or issue a refund/store credit. In some cases, the original item must be returned in its original condition.

Shipping & Fulfilment Policy

All orders are handmade and carefully prepared. Fulfillment time is typically 6 to 9 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Good things take time — especially when they’re made just for you.

Important Notes

  • Orders are confirmed only after payment.
  • Delays in confirmation or payment will affect the delivery timeline.
  • Confirmed orders are prioritized over pending ones.

Delivery

  • We ship across Bahrain using trusted courier partners.
  • Delivery is completed within 1 to 3 working days after production.
  • Stitchy is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or incorrect shipping details.

Customised Product Terms

Stitchy reserves the right to refuse any design that violates our content guidelines.

All customized items are final sale, unless defective.

Customers are responsible for submitting the correct design, size, and spelling.

Changes after order confirmation may not be accepted and could incur extra charges.

General Terms & Legal Clause

  • All product designs and website content are the intellectual property of Stitchy.
  • Orders violating our guidelines (e.g., offensive content) will be rejected.
  • In case of disputes, Stitchy will investigate internally. Any unresolved matters shall be governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain.
  • Any missing conditions in this policy will follow Bahraini consumer and commercial protection laws.
